Conclusion:
The ladies are looking their best in this skin sale: both Muse Sona and Secret Agent Miss Fortune are attractive skins that fit these dames and provide a lot of style. In the case of Sona it reinforces her musical theme while Miss Fortune is a perfect choice for a spy femme fatale.
Sadly, Runeborn Xerath isn’t such a good skin: while the aspect isn’t bad the model is quite limited and the green energy isn’t reflected in his abilities. It’s not a terrible skin but there sure are better choices for the Magus Ascendant.

Conclusion:
The ladies again claim their place in the recommendations as either Elise or Orianna will alleviate a good deal of IP farming. Still, Orianna’s lower price may be manageable depending on your ability to hoard IP. Besides, Bitter Blossom Elise probably won’t go on sale anytime soon and it’s unknown when Orianna’s skins will be on sale; though it’s been a while.
Cho’Gath has a good amount of skins and a few good choices among them. However, his IP price is quite low so gathering IP won’t be a problem. Considering that other champions aren’t that much more expensive, it would be better to spend your RP in somebody else.
