Conclusion:
This sale has an uneven level, so that some skins are great and others much less so. Queen Ashe in the recommended skin because she offers a nice and suitable concept added to an excellent execution. The new white particles may be a little subtle but the elegant embroidered dress certainly isn’t. We said it before and we’ll reiterate it: few champions can look majestic but Queen Ashe is one of them.
Sadly, Little Knight Amumu isn’t the best look that the emotional mummy has. Both concept and execution aren’t bad yet hardly striking either. In the case of Exiled Morgana, it’s mostly an overpriced re-texture. Her auto-attack and aura are re-coloured to a fitting yellow but her abilities aren’t. In the end, these skins aren’t terrible choices but these champions have much better options available.

Conclusion:
This sale has some interesting options but all of them with a caveat. Firstly, in terms of raw IP farming the best option is obviously Wukong. However, his best skins have been on sale recently. Added to the fact that Annie got a visual upgrade, so future skin sales may include her, and that Lunar Revel is nearby you may want to preserve your RP reserves.
Cassiopeia is another good option as the Lunar Revel event is nearby; the files have already been distributed in the Season 3 patch today. Therefore, if Jade Fang Cassiopeia is in your radar it’s a purchase worth considering. Nevertheless, her IP price is somewhat manageable, though still a bit high, so consider how much IP you usually get to avoid unnecessary RP expenses.
Finally, Akali isn’t really worth purchasing due to her reasonable IP price. She does have a few really good skins but you won’t have to farm much IP to unlock her. Nonetheless, depending on how much IP you need to unlock Lunar Revel champions you don’t own, so as to buy their skins, and how much you want this kunoichi the sale may not be a bad choice.
