Conclusion:
This sale seems like a letdown due to skins that aren’t the best they could’ve been. At the very least, it’s not without anything of interest. Let’s give them a look.
Pentakill Yorick is a skin dedicated to fans of hard rock: those that think of electric guitars when they hear five people biting the dust. Overall, the skin communicates its message but under closer inspection it reveals its flaws. It could be worth purchasing for its specific style but give it a good look so that you are sure that you like what you see.
Rugged Garen salvages the sale in a relaxed, informal style. The implementation may well be considered conventional. However, the skin manages to provide an appealing look that challenges the classic Garen image while fitting him. If you’d prefer a more laid-back Garen, then this is a great choice.
Back to the military, we find Commando Galio. For the most part the skin is a green mess that tries to portray a camouflaged, soldier gargoyle but that is only effective at being green. On the whole, Commando Galio disappoints so unless you want this Sentinel at his greenest there isn’t much else to like.

Conclusion:
This weekend if you want to slip away from farming IP then the services of a certain Tidal Trickster would certainly come in handy. Besides helping complete a champion roster Fizz offers some interesting skins. Unfortunately, all of his skins were on sale this year already. Thus, sans unexpected discounts, skins won’t be a reason to purchase him.
Maokai can be an attractive purchase if you don’t usually accumulate much IP. As far as skins go, Charred Maokai was the only one on sale this year. Besides, if you want to be ready for the arrival of Haunted, or even Festive, Maokai then now is a good opportunity.
Finally, Mordekaiser’s low IP price makes a purchase less than ideal. In terms of sales, Pentakill and Infernal Mordekaiser were discounted on 2013. Therefore, there isn’t much of a rush to get the Master of Metal as even if you’d like his Lord style he won’t take much IP to unlock.
