Conclusion:
Vandal skins vary greatly in quality: from whimsical to suitable and from interesting to boring. Vandal Gragas is the best option due to a fitting concept and a rather nice execution. If you like the Rabble Rouser then this is quite a tough look for him.
In addition to this, Vandal Twitch and Vandal Brand aren’t bad but the former just changes the rat’s clothes; something that the new shotgun auto-attack sound barely compensates for. Vandal Brand almost completely dresses him up but for a fire elemental the concept feels forced and the implementation lacklustre.
Finally, Vandal Vladimir and Vandal Jax aren’t as good options as they probably should. Vladimir is ill fitted for a pedestrian punk look and while vampires, or hemomancers, do have a dark side they conceal it with refinement and aristocratic ways. Vandal Jax seems like a re-colour with a new weapon. More pummelling is guaranteed but there’s nothing else on offer.

Conclusion:
Considering IP farming, Vladimir and Brand are the options that seem better. Besides, both have interesting skins available. That’s not to say that Gragas, Twitch or Jax don’t have interesting skins but their IP prices aren’t high enough to justify a purchase.
